Graham Houston is looking for groups to book at the Corbin Theatre. He writes to this website “I would like you to consider booking a date at the Corbin Theatre in 2010. Our Bluegrass series, Bluegrass on the Square, is the 4th Monday of the month. Other dates are available as well.”

Cass County Fair: Saturday, July 18, 2:30 at Depot Park in Pleasant Hill, MO

Johnson County Fair: Saturday, August 8, approx. 7:30 – 10:00 pm in Gardner, KS

Corbin Theatre: Saturday, August 22, 7:30 – 10:00 pm in Liberty, MO (15 N. Water St. – on the square)

Louisburg Cider Mill Festival: Saturday & Sunday, Sept. 26 & 27, approx. 12:00 – 6:00 pm (alternating with the Bluegrass Missourians) – Louisburg Cider Mill is located 3 miles west of Louisburg on Hwy. 68

Golden Valley Bluegrass Jamboree: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, Oct. 1, 2, 3 at Lester Foster Bluegrass park in Clinton, MO. (Times TBA – park is located a few miles southeast of Clinton on Hwy. W)

Chamber music is a family band that’s been playing for about 8 years now, mostly in the Midwest. Mom, Luke, Gabriel, Dominic, Sophie and John play bluegrass and newgrass for area venues, from schools to nursing homes, to private parties, to large church gatherings.

Brothers Ty and Rex Green hail from rural Ray County, Missouri, and have been playing bluegrass music together for 30 years in venues throughout the U.S. and Canada, including Branson and Nashville. They have been joined in the last few years by Rex’s wife Ann and, adding a second generation, Ty’s son, Ty Curtis Green. Together, they blend traditional and contemporary bluegrass and gospel music into a style that is entertaining and wholesome.

The band is now entering its third year of bringing bluegrass and gospel music to the Kansas City area. Year number three brings a new talent into this group of Christian musicians, introducing Mr. Billy R. Sprouse from Kansas City, Mo.
